I actually managed to sleep a bit today, an hour and a half between half 3am and 5am.
I woke up because that thing in the spare room was screaming. And then...well the next thing I know is that it's half 2pm and I'm standing by the front door in the hall. The thing in my spare room is no longer there, I don't know where she is.
As for the email, I've decoded the binary in it.

Is 'Prothero' telling me to run?
I don't know, it's most likely a play on words. . seeing as I live in an area called Runwell, but I just don't know, my brain just isn't working properly any more. I'm barricading myself into my room tonight, I just have the feeling that something might happen if I don't.
